To celebrate the centenary of Rotary
International the Club
decided to award a 5 year Bursary to Cheltenham Sea Cadets
of £500 per annum. This was recommended to Council by
Charles Taylor when he was President and by Tony Smith.
On 1st October 2009 the club had the opportunity
to visit the
the new Headquarters and see for themselves where the
bursary had been spent
